From my personal collection. 10” diameter plate in Star and Phlox/Cosmos design by Tuthill. Shown in various versions in the Tuthill and Pearson books. I think this one has the nicest engraving of any of them.  Excellent quality blank. Silky perfect engraving.  Flashy hobstar cutting.
